Great show, lackluster Concessions
The Ticketmaster app, however, would not pull up barcodes and had to use mailed in tickets that were mailed 2 years ago. Smooth check-in was backed up because of traffic, which was to be expected. Concessions were not handing out any bottles or cans due to concerns of cans being thrown by the crowd. They were slowly pouring beer incorrectly, causing foam, and creating a very slow purchase process for individual beers. ALAMODOME should consider another vendor for faster service, utilizing keg beer. Train your employees on how to properly pour beer to avoid excessive foam in the plastic cup. Also, a register failed multiple times, adding to the delays. It took us over 40 minutes to obtain alcohol, despite there being only about 30 people in front of us.
